Our Services
Interior Designing Consultancy
Weather your selling your home or making your new investment for rentals and commercial properties, our specialist Interior Designers with over 12 years experience can have your property ready in your preferred style. Our Interior Design service can be from consultancy designs to project managing the entire process, cutting out the hard work for you, with designs tailored to suit your needs.
- All fees include an activation fee to get started.
- 12% of the full project costs for project management.
House Clearances / Show Home Preperation
We also offer a house clearance and cleaning to help smarten a home before a sale, weather a retirement home or residential home, we can get the home cleared, cleaned and ready for show. This can range from £250-£1,000 depending on work involved.
Our services include making sure a home is presented with elegance and cleanliness. These include:
- Removal of unwanted furniture
- Window Cleaning
- General tidying and dusting
- Disinfecting all surfaces
- Thorough kitchen and bathroom cleaning
- Cleaning fridges and freezers, removing left items
- Vacuuming, mopping floors, and outdoor sweeping
- Adding some homely touches like plants and flowers
